I was disappointed with the noodles. They were only lukewarm, and you could tell they didn’t taste fresh at all...

I’ve used noodleexpress.net a handful of times now, it’s been okay for the most part. Placing an order is straightforward, and the site isn’t hard to figure out, so that part’s nice.

The only thing is the reliability can be a little iffy sometimes. There have been moments where updates felt slow, or I wasn’t totally sure if the order status was actually up to date, which gets a bit frustrating when you’re waiting around.

Overall, I wouldn’t say it’s a bad service at all. I’d still use it again, just probably not when I’m super hungry or need something to show up fast, because it doesn’t always feel totally consistent.

checkout was super quick and straightforward, with no weird extra steps or anything confusing. i got my order confirmation right away, so everything felt smooth and easy overall.

I got my noodle order it was mostly spot on. They included the extra sauce I asked for, which I really appreciate because I’m definitely the type who thinks noodles are better a little saucier. Nothing was missing either, so that was a plus. The only thing I noticed was one of the toppings felt a little light, but it wasn’t enough to ruin the meal or anything. I’d order from them again.

I tried using the site for about 10 minutes and got annoyed. Some pages took maybe 20 or 30 seconds to load, and the menu kept looping me around when all I wanted was to check prices and place an order.

On my phone, the layout looked cluttered, the buttons were really small, and checkout felt way more confusing than it should have. After 3 or 4 tries, I just gave up. Not a great experience.

The packaging was decent, honestly. The box showed up looking neat and not all crushed or messy, which I always notice because sometimes delivery food arrives looking like it went through a whole journey. Nothing had spilled inside the bag or leaked out, and the noodles were still warm when I opened them, so it felt like they packed everything carefully enough for the trip.

The food itself was fine, nothing to complain about there, but the delivery felt slower than what I’m used to from similar places. The tracking also didn’t update much, so I kept checking and waiting around wondering where it was. It wasn’t a bad experience, just not as smooth or quick as others I’ve had. I’d give it 3 stars.

I ran into an issue with my order and tried reaching out to customer service, but it took way longer than I expected to hear back. When they finally replied, it felt like they hadn’t really read my message — just kind of gave me a generic answer.

I went on the site to order dinner it just didn’t have much to choose from. I feel like they used to have a better variety, but now it’s mostly the same few noodle options with barely any sides or veggie dishes. I got bored scrolling through the menu and ended up leaving without ordering...

At first I was annoyed because the refund took a few days longer than I expected. I kept checking and thinking, great, here we go. But then it finally showed up, i kind of got over it. It worked out in the end, just wish it had been faster

I usually assume delivery noodles might cool down a bit on the way, but these showed up still hot. Everything was good, so I’ve got no complaints.

I’ve ordered from here twice now, and both times the noodles were really tasty and the portions were surprisingly generous. For the price, it feels like a solid deal. It’s one of those meals that reminds you good food doesn’t have to be fancy or expensive to feel satisfying
